All prices are quoted in USD. Please note that if you are not based in the US, your bank may do a currency conversion for your purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on factors like weight, size, and where your package is headed. Don't worry, you'll see the costs during checkout. Plus, keep an eye out for our free shipping promos—they're pretty awesome!

 

Is there any extra cost?

In most cases, no. We will prioritize delivery methods that minimize or avoid customs fees. However, due to the different customs policies and the way each country handles imported goods, there may be a few cases where you have to pay additional fees. It is recommended that you research for the local customs policies in advance.

 

Do I have to pay for custom fees or VAT? (only applicable for EU customers)

You will not have to pay for any custom fees or VAT as ChicChoi will be pre-pay VAT costs for shipments. This means that your shipment will clear customs as per normal. Please note that we will never request additional payment from our customers under any circumstances.

In view of the new EU VAT regulations that came into force on 1 July 2021, ChicChoi will be absorbing the VAT costs for shipments to the EU. Currently, we are paying VAT through our logistics company IOSS number and this will be displayed on incoming packages to the EU (excluding the UK). As such, customers shipping to the EU will have their packages clearing customs without the need for additional VAT payment, as we will be absorbing VAT on their behalf.

Shipments to US, UK, Canada, Asia,  and other regions are not affected by these regulations and will be delivered as per normal.

Delivery Time

We're all about safe delivery, but please bear in mind that estimated delivery times can vary. Here's a rough idea:

  • United States: 6-10 business days
  • Europe: 5-15 business days
  • Asia: 5-15 business days
  • Oceania: 5-15 business days

Remember, life happens, so these times are just estimates.

*Please allow for potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances or accidents. In such cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated time. We will make every effort to notify you in advance if there are any significant delays in shipping.

 

Order Processing

We're on it! Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days after you place them. Just a heads-up: we don't process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.


Tracking Your Order

Exciting news! Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Keep an eye on your package's journey—it's like a little adventure!


Delivery Confirmation

If the tracking info says your package has been delivered, then it's officially on your doorstep! Enjoy your new goodies!


Returns and Exchanges

Not totally head over heels with your purchase? No worries! You can send it back or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Check out our Return Policy for all the deets.


Lost or Damaged Packages
