Do I have to pay for customs fees or VAT? (EU customers only)
No, you will not have to pay for any customs fees or VAT. ChicChoi covers VAT costs for EU shipments, ensuring smooth customs clearance without additional payments from you. This applies to all EU shipments (excluding the UK), as we pay VAT through our logistics partner’s IOSS number. Rest assured, we will never ask for extra payments under any circumstances.
Shipments to the US, UK, Canada, Asia, and other regions are not affected by these regulations and will proceed as normal.
