Before Finalizing Your Purchase:
Hey there! Before you hit that "purchase" button, take a moment to review your cart. If you've accidentally added too many of something, now's the time to fix it. Removing items after you've placed your order means we have to issue a refund, and that comes with a 2%-4.4% fee from our credit card processor and PayPal. Those little fees really add up, so let's avoid them if we can!
Also, make sure you've entered any discount, loyalty, or sale codes before finalizing your purchase. If you're not sure where to put them, hit pause and shoot us a message. Once the order's in, we can't add those codes, and refunding for missed discounts means dealing with those pesky fees again.
Order Processing Time:
After you've placed your order, give us up to 3 days to dot the i's and cross the t's. During this time, we're making sure everything's just right before sending your goodies on their way.
After You Order but Before Shipping:
Changed your mind about something? No worries, but keep in mind we'll have to deduct the payment transaction fee from your refund. It's just a little something we have to do to cover those transaction costs. If it's just a product swap you're after, shoot us a message to see if we can catch it before it ships. No extra fees for swaps, but it might tack on a bit of extra wait time for delivery.
Goods in Transit:
Once your package is on the move, it's like a little adventure in a box! While we can track its progress, we can't reroute it mid-journey. So, unfortunately, we can't do exchanges or refunds while your package is en route. Let's hope it's smooth sailing!
Return (if Applicable):
Changed your mind? No problem! Just send the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping's on you, and we'll take a 10% restocking fee from the product transaction amount. Drop us an email at infochicchoi@gmail.com for the return address, and once we've got the goods back, we'll shoot you an email confirmation. Easy peasy!
Exchange (if Applicable):
Got a defective or damaged item? We'll swap it out for you, no problem. Just send us an email at infochicchoi@gmail.com, and we'll get it sorted. Please kindly note we only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you've simply changed your mind or decided the item isn't quite right for you, our return policy may be a better fit.
Received a Damaged Product?
Shoot us a message within 7 days of delivery with a video of you opening the box, and we'll work on a return or exchange plan together.
Didn't Receive Your Package?
