Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are based on factors such as shipping distance, parcel weight, and customs clearance costs. After adding items to your cart, the final shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout according to your address and the total weight of your order.
Delivery Time
Orders are prepared in 1–4 business days. Estimated transit times:
- US: 8–14 business days
- Australia, Canada, NZ, Singapore: 6–8 business days
- Most EU countries, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam: 6–10 business days
- Middle East & Southeast Asia: 8–12 business days
- India, South Africa, Chile, Kazakhstan: 2–4 weeks
- Taiwan, Macao, Hong Kong: 1–3 business days
Sometimes, orders going to the same address may be shipped together to reduce waste.
Tracking
All parcels come with tracking, which you can check on 17track.net.
Customs
Most destinations include prepaid duties. Some regions (such as Turkiye, Chile, and Indonesia) may require customers to pay import fees. Certain countries also require a local ID or customs code.
