Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are based on factors such as shipping distance, parcel weight, and customs clearance costs. After adding items to your cart, the final shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout according to your address and the total weight of your order.
Delivery Time
Orders are prepared in 1â4 business days. Estimated transit times:
- US: 8â14 business days
- Australia, Canada, NZ, Singapore: 6â8 business days
- Most EU countries, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam: 6â10 business days
- Middle East & Southeast Asia: 8â12 business days
- India, South Africa, Chile, Kazakhstan: 2â4 weeks
- Taiwan, Macao, Hong Kong: 1â3 business days
Sometimes, orders going to the same address may be shipped together to reduce waste.
Tracking
All parcels come with tracking, which you can check on 17track.net.
